Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Brainstorming

The S.D. Miramar College Enrollment Management Committee is developing a plan to improve our enrollments.

Timeline:
January: open brainstorming via survey (Google Form)
February: one-hour brainstorming sessions or fora for each goal
March: SEM leads refine data that was gathered and revise with input from campus community
April: constituent approval
May and beyond: ongoing review
