Please join our Native American Indigenous Student (NAIS) Club and members of the Native American Student Support and Success Program (NASSSP) Cohort in a historic ceremony to raise the Kumeyaay-Diegueño Flag on Nov. 4. Dr. Stanley Rodriguez of the Santa Ysabel Band of the Iipay Nation, and President of Kumeyaay Community College, will lead us in the ceremony, followed by a reading of the Land Acknowledgement by our NAIS club leaders, and the ceremonial raising of the flag.
