Plan ahead...Counselors will not be available during Spring Recess, March 29, 2021 through April 2, 2021.  Regular hours and services will resume on Monday, April 5, 2021.


Counseling staff is available to assist, and provide students with the following:

  • Counseling services available
  • Appointment troubleshooting
  • General information and status updates
  • Request for Transcript Evaluation assistance
  • Checking the status of Petitions
  • Checking the status of Incoming Transcripts
  • Technical Issues

Always Include: Full Name, Student ID#, Specific Reason for contact.

Send an email with ALL required information to allow 2-4 business days for a reply. The more information you provide in your initial email, the more efficient the process will be.

The staff will be available to answer emails during our regular office hours: Monday/Tuesday: 8am-7pm, Wednesday/Thursday: 8am-6pm, and Friday: 8am-3pm.       ​
