Welcome to San Diego Miramar College: San Diego Promise
The San Diego Promise is a two-year completion program for recent high school graduates enrolled full-time (12 units per semester). The program provides up to two years of free tuition to eligible students. Participation in the Promise program comes with a variety of benefits: an assigned peer mentor, counseling retention & interventions, and additional campus engagement opportunities.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP?
New students participating in Promise for 2019-20 will receive the following:
In-State tuition and health fees will be covered for Fall and Spring semesters.
Note: Student Parking and Student Rep Fees are not included.
Individualized support to help you complete your educational goals.

Counseling Intervention and Guidance Support
*Students who meet program requirements in their first year may be eligible for free tuition in their second year.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY PAID MY FEES?
Please contact your Promise Coordinator if you paid your fees. As a Promise student, you are awarded a scholarship that will cover your tuition and fees after any eligible financial aid has been applied to your account.
