Welcome to San Diego Miramar College: San Diego Promise
The San Diego Promise is a two-year completion program for recent high school graduates enrolled full-time (12 units per semester). The program provides up to two years of free tuition to eligible students. Participation in the Promise program comes with a variety of benefits: an assigned peer mentor, counseling retention & interventions, and additional campus engagement opportunities.

The San Diego Promise application for Class of 2019 high school graduates entering in Fall 2019 is now open. The priority deadline is June 28, 2019.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
New students participating in the San Diego Promise Promise Experience for 2019-20 school year (Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters) will receive the following:
Enrollment (Tuition) Fees ($46/unit) and Health Fees ($20) will be covered
Note: Student Rep Fee ($1) and Student Parking ($40) are not included and will be the responsibility of the student. Students who qualify for financial aid can use their funds to pay for these other fees
