Things to Do
Do file a free online application.
Do request transcripts from ALL colleges you have ever attended. Transcripts are the official record of classes you took at a college or university.
Apply for Financial Aid
Many students qualify for financial assistance.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for federal, state, and institutional grants, work study and student loans.
To sign up for a PIN visit http://www.pin.ed.gov
Complete and submit the requested paperwork.
If you encounter any problems or have questions, contact Financial Aid.

Take an Assessment Test
Review Math and English skills before taking the assessments.
Take the practice assessments.
Assess your academic skill levels in reading, writing and math, or submit information for exemption.
There are limits to how often the assessments can be repeated, so take them seriously and try your best.
Meet with a Counselor
Counselors can help you select the proper classes.
Consider learning about and using the resources available to you on campus.

CSID = college student identification number used to identify you.
If a class is closed, it is okay to get on a waitlist or try for another class.
Remember to pay fees or you will be dropped from your classes.
