TB Testing
TB (PPD) testing is a two step process. TB tests will be administered on Monday or Tuesday between the hours of 10 am & 3 pm and will be read 48 hours later on Wednesday or Thursday between the hours of 10 am & 3 pm.

Students with previously positive PPD test from BCG vaccine or other causes should bring copies of both;  a positive PPD skin test and a copy of negative chest x-ray specific for TB. Questions regarding previously positive testing should be directed to the nurse on duty. /P>

Students may also obtain low-cost services for TB testing/x-ray from the County of San Diego (619) 692-8600 located at 3851 Rosecrans street, no appointment necessary, they are generally open M-F 9am-4pm.
