How to Make an Appointment

You can call (619-536-7852) or make an appointment in person in room D-106. The receptionist will ask you for the course you want help with, your full name and telephone number.

The first time you visit The PLACe, you must sign in at the front desk, then log in on our computer with your student ID. Tell the receptionist the course which you need help with.

Make a note of your appointment date and time. DON'T FORGET!

IF you need a reminder, ask the person at the desk for a reminder slip.

• Appointments are made no more than 1 week in advance.
• You may sign up for NO MORE THAN 1 hour per subject per day.
