Library Conference Room

The Conference Room, located next to the Circulation Desk, is available on a first-come, first-served basis for faculty and staff meetings. Please call (619) 388-7310 to make a reservation.

Furniture & Permanent Equipment Available in the Conference Room:

• Conference table
• 12 chairs available; 8 will fit around conference table at once
• Wall-mounted whiteboard
• Wall-mounted screen
• Two electrical outlets
• Ethernet jacks for Internet access

Note: Reservations are for the room only. AV equipment (TVs, overhead projectors, etc.) must be reserved separately through the AV Services Department. Also,  you must make arrangements for catering or greeting interview candidates through your own department; Circulation staff do not provide any services for the Conference Room.
