Fall 2008 is 10/31/2008 as stated
here.
- Students are counted for census purposes through the Census Date which is the end of the second week of classes.
- Faculty are required to drop students who are "no shows" or who have stopped
attending up to the Census Date using the online drop sheet.
- Faculty will continue to drop Veteran and Financial Aid students in a timely
manner and enter the last date of known activity in order to comply with
regulations. Students using Veterans' Benefits for their education are
designated on the roster with the code "FED"
- It is the instructor's discretion to withdraw a student after the Census Date
due to excessive absences.
- It is the student's responsibility to drop all
classes in which he/she is no longer participating (online classes) or attending
(campus classes).
- It is the instructor's discretion to withdraw a student after the Census Date
due to excessive absences.
- Students who remain enrolled in a class beyond the published withdrawal
deadline, as stated in the class schedule will receive an evaluative letter
grade in this class.
- The final grade in this class will be affected by the timely completion of
online quizzes and the timely completion of assignments.
