Got Electric? Juice Up at SDCCD Campuses

Owners of electric cars can now charge their vehicles on campus, thanks to a partnership between the San Diego Community College District and ECOtality, a company that manages clean electric transportation and storage technologies.

A total of 16 EV stations have been installed throughout the District

Writing Anxiety? Visit The PLACe

We are pleased to be able to announce the hours for our Open Writing Lab at The PLACe, D-106:

Mondays, 12–5pm

Tuesdays & Wednesday, 9am–12pm

The Writing Lab is an open lab where any student can get help with writing.

New Structure Eases Student Parking

As classroom doors open to thousands of San Diego Miramar College students during this first week of the fall semester, the gates to a the first parking structure in campus history also swing open, providing more than 800 additional parking spaces. College President Dr. Patricia Hsieh said, "More students than ever are seeking high demand, general education, transfer and vocational courses. I am happy to report that for students who find classes at San Diego Miramar College, they will also find parking."
