Any Faculty Member - Recommendation elected by Committee - Two Year Term Instructional Administrator as designated by the Vice President of Instruction

Administrators (2) Classified (0) Faculty (7) Students (0)

One faculty representative from each of the Instructional School divisions, one faculty member from Library and Technology, the campus Articulation Officer, the campus SLOAC Coordinator, two administrative representatives from instruction. One faculty member (elected by the committee) and one instructional administrator (designated by the Vice President of Instruction) shall serve as co-chairs..

Goals & Issues

  1. Facilitate instructional program review cycle and the implementation of Student Learning Outcomes as per Academic Affairs calendar.
  2. Provide support and serve as resource to chairs/faculty/administrators in completing Program Review Self-study and student learning outcome assessment cycles.
  3. Review Program Self-study and SLO's, develop a summary report, and make observations/recommendations to Academic Affairs.

Procedures & Calendar

  1. Faculty/Administrators complete Program Self-study and SLOAC documents by March 31 for previous Fall semester.
  2. Committee meets in April to review and summarize Self-study and SLOAC documents and develop observations and recommendations.
  3. Committee reports to Academic Affairs in May.
