Mary Best has been an attorney at Keeney Waite & Stevens for many years. She has a civil litigation practice which emphasizes all areas of real property law. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in English and Journalism and went on to attain her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1983. Mary sits as a judge pro tem for the San Diego Superior Court, and as an arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court and the San Diego Bar Association. She also teaches various legal courses for the San Diego Community College District.

He focuses his practice on Business, Construction and Real Estate Litigation and transactions. Ron also has substantial experience in general civil litigation, collections, personal injury, and trust, estate and probate litigation. Ron also has niche areas as varied as intellectual property, start ups, land use, corporate compliance issues, home care and neighbor disputes. He also is a judge pro tem with the San Diego Superior Court, Small Claims division and a settlement commissioner with the Court.
Teresa is an adjunct professor. She teaches Legal Research (Legl 105), Litigation (Legl 115), Torts (Legl 120), Law Office Management & Technology (Legl 140), and Family Law (Legl 165)
Teresa is a partner with the law firm of Suppa, Trucchi and Henein LLP. Teresa Trucchi graduated from law school at California Western School of Law and has an undergraduate degree from Univ of Nebraska. Teresa is a certified family law specialist.
