SPECIAL EVENTS are events requiring AV equipment setup, production, and assistance.
For production assistance, please submit the Special Event Request form (see "Important Documents")to the AV Department at least one week prior to the requested production date for consideration/approval.
The AV Department can also help you with your production needs, such as:
- Public Address system (PA) Setup
- Media Duplication (instructor must obtain written approval from publisher for duplication of commercially-produced materials)
- Transferring media into other formats (instructor must obtain written approval from publisher for duplication of commercially-produced materials)
- Video conferencing and Teleconferencing
- Digital Photos
- Audio/Video Editing
- Satellite Downlinks
